Pricing that costs less than one skipped filter change

Yes. Cancel in one click from your account settings: no email required, no retention hoops. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then you move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your tasks, history, and scanned schedules stay put.

App stores take a 15–30% cut, which most apps pass on to you as a higher price. OnOtto bills directly through Stripe on the web, so the price you see is the real price, and managing or cancelling your plan is a normal web page, not a buried phone setting.

We retired it from sale. Every Founder Lifetime account already purchased is honored in full, forever. Going forward there are exactly two ways to have OnOtto: subscribe yourself, or have your real-estate agent sponsor your home so it's free for you. Keeping the price list short is deliberate; so is running on sustainable subscription revenue instead of promises we'd have to outlive (the mistake that killed Centriq).

You invite people by email or invite code and they join your household with their own login. Everyone sees the shared task list, tasks can be assigned to anyone, and the whole household contributes to one weekly streak (with a leaderboard to settle who actually does the chores). Family and Concierge both cover up to 6 people; Free and Solo cover 2.

Concierge is our top tier, for the homeowner who'd rather pay to never think about it. It includes everything in Family, plus an annual Home Health Report that our team reviews by hand and generates for you every year, a quarterly season plan that lines up the next three months of maintenance in one approve-all screen, and 60 AI scans a month with a priority queue. It's $14.99/month or $149/year.

Your data is never deleted. If your household has more members than the new plan allows, extra members become read-only until you're back within the limit (you choose who stays active). On Free, tasks beyond the 15-task limit are paused, not erased; upgrade again and everything picks up where it left off.

No. Every new account gets 30 days of full Family-level access with no card on file. When the trial ends you either choose a plan or land softly on Free; there's no surprise charge because there's nothing to charge.

If something's wrong in your first 14 days on a new paid plan, write to hello@onotto.com and we'll make it right, usually with a full refund. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period.
