Checklist Starter Packs

Starting a maintenance task list from scratch can be daunting, so we have assembled some “Starter Packs” to get you going. The most important step is just to start. You don’t have to add everything at once and you can make adjustments at any time.

The Home Maintenance Checklist helps get you started with the seasonal and recurring tasks to care for your home and its systems. Roof moss treatment, HVAC filter replacement, and cleaning of your clothes dryer vent are a few examples of what you as a homeowner should be doing to care for what is often our biggest investment.

Your Lawn and Garden Checklist can include the seasonal tasks like pruning perennials, fertilizing the lawn, and putting down weed control products. Staying on top of these tasks keeps the plant life around your home healthy and beautiful for years of enjoyment.

With a Household Chore List, you won’t forget when to round up the bags for trash collection day, or how long it’s been since changing your bed linens. Keep your household safe by regularly testing smoke alarms and changing their batteries.

Some household chores we save for once a quarter to once a year and call that our “deep cleaning.” You can space these out throughout the year to help lighten the work on any given week. View the Home Deep Cleaning Checklist and add the tasks to your OnOtto list.

If you live out in the sticks, you likely have a well, septic system, and backup power supply to maintain. Remember to keep those systems in good working shape with a Rural Systems Checklist so they can serve you well.

If you’re lucky enough to have them, you know that there’s a lot of hard work that goes into your pool or spa before you can relax and lounge poolside. Remember to add bromine/chlorine, balance the pH levels, and more with a Pool & Spa Maintenance Checklist.

Your Personal Health Checklist keeps your body and mind functioning at its highest level. Remember to stretch, go to the dentist, take your vitamins, with a dedicated task list.

Caring for your vehicles is important so they last as long as possible and to keep your and your family safe while traveling near and far. A Vehicle Maintenance Checklist for each one in your garage or driveway can help you remember to change wiper blades and engine oil, check tire pressure, and clean it inside and out.
